Have your independence and our hospitality. . .
At 3rd Street Flats, you can have your independence AND our hospitality. We've blended the best of hotels (privacy) with the best of B&B's (hospitality) to create a new kind of travel experience, where you will feel completely hosted without an onsite host. To this end, when guests arrive they pick up the key to their flat downstairs at Anthony Dell Cellars, where the friendly staff is happy to answer your questions and is offering a free wine tasting for our guests. If you're looking for a fabulous place to stay in wine country, you've found it!
When you get to your flat the hospitality continues, but there's no one there but you. You'll find a complimentary bottle of 3rd Street Flats Pinot noir and two Honest Chocolates (made just across the street) waiting to be enjoyed. Each flat also has a regional guide book for your use.
Comfort
At 3rd Street Flats, we don’t see much advantage to being nestled above Oregon’s Favorite Main Street unless you’re sleeping in a good bed. Each Flat has a high quality queen or king sized bed. The Flats also feature fabulous linens and towels, and all the furnishings you need to settle into life for a while.
Convenience
We want to help you immerse yourself in local culture, but without having to disconnect. 3rd Street Flats offers free wifi in every Flat, as well as flat screen TVs, and ipod alarm clocks.
But there's more to convenience than just technology; we also offer fully equipped kitchens and dining areas. If you'd like to cook while you're here, just drop in across the street to our local organic grocery store and pick up something fresh and local for dinner.
And nothing could be more convenient than our location, just steps away from fabulous food, wine and shopping. Historic McMinnville’s fine dining options include Spanish, French, Italian, Japanese and Northwest Cuisine. And then there’s the wine—oh, the wine!

3rd Street Flats is comprised of four historic apartments, three flats with one bedroom and one flat that is a studio. Each Flat has its own theme and has been tastefully decorated by one of our local design teams, featuring original artwork from the Yamhill Valley’s well established art community. Don’t worry—if you fall in love with a particular piece, we’ll find a way to part with it. You’ll find in your Flat a brochure that describes each piece of art, and the artist who created it, as well as pricing and purchase information.
