Location:

Third Street Flats occupies the entire second story of the historic McMinnville Bank Building, built in 1885, on the corner of 3rd and Cowls in downtown McMinnville.  Third Street Flats is directly above Wednesday Wines, and next door to La Rambla restaurant.  The entrance is on Cowls Street at the south end of the building, closest to 2nd Street and the parking lot.
