Please note that rates and availability are subject to change and vary by season and day. We reserve the right to change rates, flat arrangements and amenities without notice. All rates are double occupancy and are not guaranteed until the time of reservation.
Accessibility:
Third Street Flats is located on the second story of the historic McMinnville Bank Building, and is NOT handicapped accessible. The only way to access the Flats is via a staircase. If you would like our help finding accommodations in the area that are accessible, please contact us and we would be happy to help.

Late Arrivals:
Contact us via email to make arrangements to pick up your key from the lock box.
Payment:
We accept VISA, Master Card and American Express. You will be charged for your stay at the time of booking.
Damages:
You will be charged for any damages to the Flat, including, but not limited to, broken or stained furniture or equipment; missing items; loss of revenue due to smoking in the Flat.
Deposit:
Online payment serves as a deposit. The deposit is refundable with 30 days notice of cancellation, less a $50 booking fee.
Minimum Stay:
Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Labor Day and Christmas will require a minimum three-night stay. During the International Pinot Noir Celebration there is a 4-night minimum with no cancellations once booked.
Additional Guests:
Air beds are available for additional people at a $15 charge.
Smoking:
Third Street Flats is strictly a non-smoking property. Any violation of this policy will result in cleaning fees equal to a minimum of one night's stay. Smokers who render a room unacceptable for incoming guests must compensate Third Street Flats for lost revenue.
Pets:
Please leave your four legged friends at home.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations require a 30 day notice prior to date of arrival for a refund, less a $50 booking fee. For cancellations within 30 days, the guest is responsible for the full value of the reservation, less any value Third Street Flats is able to recoup by rebooking the Flat. No refunds for Flats not re-rented. Shortening your stay is considered a cancellation. Multiple Flat reservations of 3 or more require a 60 day cancellation notice. Failure to give notice for a cancellation will result in full charge for reservation.
