3rd Street Flats is located at 219 NE Cowls on the corner of 3rd and Cowls Streets in the core of Historic Downtown McMinnville. Downtown McMinnville can be easily accessed off of either Highway 99W or Highway 18.
Guests arriving Wednesday through Sunday between 3:00 and 6:00 will pick up their keys at Anthony Dell Cellars (250 NE 3rd Street, on the corner of 3rd & Cowls, below 3rd Street Flats), where they will also receive a complimentary wine tasting. Guests arriving on Monday or Tuesday will pick up their keys at the lock box at the entrance to 3rd Street Flats. The code to the box will be emailed to you after your reservation in received.
There are two public parking lots behind 3rd Street Flats, one on the east side of Cowls and one on the west side. Additional unrestricted parking is available on the east side of 2nd and Cowls in the Presbyterian Church lot. Parking on 3rd Street is limited to two hours during the day, but is unrestricted from 6:00 pm to 9:00 am.
