Third Street Flats offers guests the opportunity to leave their daily grind behind and jump into life in thriving and historic downtown McMinnville—to live like a local while sleeping above Oregon’s Favorite Main Street, in a private apartment where fabulous food, unforgettable wine and unique shopping are just down the stairs.
Our four flats are available on a nightly basis, with special introductory rates ranging from $165 a night for a 350 square foot one bedroom flat, to $240 for a 750 square foot flat, with exposed brick, a formal dining room and a bar. The flats are housed in the historic McMinnville Bank Building in the heart of downtown, and feature high ceilings, original woodwork, and all the charm you'd expect to find when staying in an 1885 building.
We also offer a 15% discount on stays of one week or more. (Our booking engine will bill your credit card for the full amount, and we will credit the 15% back to you).
All of our flats have full kitchens, dining areas, bedrooms (except the 3rd Flat, which is a studio) and a bathroom. And because we want you to feel welcome when you arrive, you'll find a complimentary bottle of local wine and some Honest Chocolate waiting for you in your flat.
And because we believe in 'going local' the flats all feature local products--from the wine and chocolate you receive when you arrive, to the art on the walls, the soap in the bathroom, and yes, even the bed you sleep in (a fabulous Englander, made just down the road in Tigard).
