All eleven of our flats are located on historic Third Street in downtown McMinnville, and offer a variety of amenities, from a complimentary glass of Pinot and chocolate on arrival to locally sourced coffee and tea.

  • Please Note: Flats at the Historic McMinnville Bank are on the second story of the building and are NOT handicapped accessible. The only way to access the flats is via a staircase. Flats at the Odd Fellows Lodge are located on the second and third stories of the building, also only accessible via a staircase.
