Built in 1909….
Located in Historic Downtown McMinnville’s 500 block—with a new culinary treat every few feet—the Odd Fellows Lodge is perfectly situated for guests wanting to fully immerse in the Willamette Valley’s ‘foodie’ culture.
Built in 1909 by the local chapter of the Independent Order of the Odd Fellows, an international fraternal society, the Odd Fellows Lodge has stood sentinel on the corner of Third & Ford Streets in downtown McMinnville for 105 years. With a grand ballroom spanning the entire second story of the building, the lodge was the site of endless social events during its heyday.
Opening in April of 2014 and occupying the second and third floors of the building, 3rd Street Flats offers guests the chance to experience seven uniquely designed flats, each one perfectly outfitted for two, four or six guests. Located on the same block as the Willamette Valley’s original fine dining experience, Nick’s Italian Café, as well as three other restaurants and six bars, a memorable meal and a night cap are just down the stairs. Reserved parking spaces are located in a private parking lot at the rear of the building.
Wander down the street and you will find fifteen wineries and tasting rooms within easy walking distance, as well as a foodie scene that has been heralded internationally. Boutique shops abound, making Historic Downtown McMinnville the Willamette Valley’s premier place to take a stroll.
